Reliance Medical acquire Frank Sammeroff

Reliance Medical Ltd is pleased to announce that it has acquired Frank Sammeroff. The Frank Sammeroff employees were all made redundant on 20th September when liquidators PKF were appointed to the firm, established in 1945. The operations of Glasgow based Sammeroff will be moved to Reliance Medical's Cheshire distribution centre.  

Reliance Medical, Managing Director, Mr Andy Pear said "We look forward to embracing the Frank Sammeroff customers and providing them with the same high quality service and value that our existing clients enjoy.".
